Paste Extended
Using the Paste command, new devices are paste automatically taken the next available device designation numbers. But using the Paste Extended command allows you to modify device designation, higher level assignment or location.
How to use paste extended function
- Import the drawing part file, click the options button -> tick Paste Extended check box .
Advantage
The selected device designation of drawing are listed in the Project tree with their original Item Designation under the Clipboard directory. The device designation can modified as desired and merge with the project.
